İsteğe Bağlı İller Arası Tayin mağduru sınıf öğretmeni hiç yok gibi. Herkes hayatından memnun gibi . Arkadaşlar sesimizi yükseltmezsek bu yaz tayini unutun. Bakanığın tek ilgilendiği varsa yoksa özür grubu tayinler. Bir de öğrenim özrü geri geldi ki , hapı yuttuk.

Arkadaş ben 15 yıldır zorunlu hizmet bölgesindeyim. Niye istifa edeyim. Millet 1-2 yıl kalıp kaçıyor. Ondan sonra da vatan-millet-Sakarya. Vatansa herkesin vatanı . Biraz da onlar yapsın. Onların vatanı ya. Sınıf öğretmeniyim. 15 yıl olmuş ve hala istediğim ile gidememişim. Adalet mi? Neymiş istifa edin. Asıl batıdakiler istifa etsin. Bir eli yağda bir eli bağda öğretmenlik yapıyorlar.

Ben zorunlu hizmet bölgesinde 15. yılını çalışan bir sınıf öğretmeniyim. 270 puanla hala Kayseri gibi bir ile gidemedim. Şubat ayında sırf eş özrü diye 80 tane bir yıllık öğretmen Kayseriye gitti. Benim eşim çalışmıyorsa suç mu? 3 yılım sırf 15 haneli bir mezrada geçti. Tek öğretmendim. İyi yerlerde görev yapmak benim hakkım değil mi? Bizim derdimiz özür grubu tayinlerle atananlar değil. Meb ve sendikalar sadece özür tayinleri var, tek mağdur onlar gibi davranıyorlar. Benim gibi çakılı kalan sınıfçılar ne yapsın. Eşine sahte sigorta mı yatırsın? Sırf tayin için yüksek lisansa mı başvursun? Sağte sağlık raporu mu alsın? Böyle yapanlar muhakkak bir gün Allah'tan bulurlar. Eskiden Almanya'ya gitmek için evlilikler olurdu. Sahte nikahlardan başka şimdi sırf zorunlu hizmet bölgesinden gidebilmek için yapılan evlikler moda. Hiç bir duygusal bağ olmadan mantık evliliği. Zorunlu hizmet bölgelerinden eş durumundan tayin isteyenlerin yüzde 60' ı bu şekilde evlilik yapmıştır.

Kayseriden aldığım bilgiye göre dönüşümleri tam olarak tamamlayan tek il Kayseri'ymiş. İlkokul ve ortaokullar farklı okullar olarak tamamen ayrılmış. Aynı binayı paylaşma olayı yokmuş . Baya bir sayı sınıf öğretmeni norm açığı ortaya çıkmış. Ama bunlar Kayseri'den bir arkadaşın söylediği. Bu bilgiyi doğrulayabilecek bir arkadaş varsa sevinirim.

İller okul dönüşümleri bağlı atamaları yapmaya başlamışlar. Artık 21 hazirandan sonra da sıra tayinlere gelir.
