7-8 Temmuz 2012?de bilindiği gibi Kamu Personeli Seçme Sınavı yapıldı. Daha sınavın ilk gününden kopya iddiaları ortalıkta dolaşmaya başladı. Bu durum doğal olarak bu yolda emek vermiş biz adayları çok rahatsız etmiştir. İddialar daha ilk günden çok ciddi olmuştur. Bu durumu sırasıyla şöyle özetleyebiliriz :

1. 7 Temmuz Cumartesi günü yapılan genel kültür, genel yetenek ve eğitim bilimleri sınavından birkaç saat sonra 60 sorudan oluşan genel kültür testinin 57 sorusu Beyaz Kalem Yayıncılık tarafından yayımlandı. Bu durum biz adaylar arasında şok etkisi yaratmıştır. Bu durum neticesinde yayınevi bir açıklama yapma gereği duymuştur.( http://www.memurlar.net/haber/255043/) Yayınevinin açıklamasına göre, sınavdan hemen sonra sınava giren öğrenci ve öğretmenler çağırılmış ve akılda kalan sorular derlenip toparlanmıştır, şeklinde olmuştur. Bu durum daha da kızışmaya başlayınca ÖSYM de açıklama yapma ihtiyacı duymuş ve ilgili yayınevinin açıklamasını destekleyici bir açıklamada bulunmuştur.( http://www.osym.gov.tr/belge/1-13566/basin-aciklamasi-2012-kamu-personel-secme-sinavi-kpss-l-.html) ÖSYM?nin jet hızıyla bir açıklama yapıp kesin kanaate varması biz adayları hayrete düşürmüştür.

Bizim bu konudaki düşüncemiz şu yöndedir: Beyaz Kalem Yayıncılığın yayımladığı 57 adet genel kültür sorusu sınav öncesinde elde etmiştir. Bahsi geçen 57 adet soru, sınavdan hemen sonra Beyaz Kalem Yayıncılık ve ÖSYM?nin savunduğu şekilde kimi adayların soruları akıllarında tutmuş olduğu gerekçesi çok zayıf bir gerekçedir. Çünkü; belki de biz adayların akılda kalabilecek en kolay sorulardan olan üç adet güncel sorunun akıllarda tutulamaması manidardır. Kaldı ki, 57 adet sorunun seçenekleriyle beraber akılda tutulması da çok güçtür. 2012 KPSS de uygulanan yeni yönteme göre, her aday sınav giriş kağıdını A4 kağıdına basılı bir şekilde internet ortamından elde etmesiydi. Sınav salonlarına bu giriş belgelerimizi göstererek alındık. Daha sonra bu sınav giriş belgelerimizi tekrar yanımıza alarak dışarı çıktık. Sadece ön yüzünün dolu olduğu arka yüzünün boş olduğu bu giriş belgelerinde sınav sorularının bu belgelerin arkasına yazılarak çıkarılabileceği durumu da mevcuttur. 57 adet soru bu şekilde dışarıya çıkarılmış olsa bile son üç güncel sorunun neden yazılmadığı biz adayların kafasında soru işareti yaratmıştır.

2. Bazı internet sitelerinde Türkçe ve Eğitim bilimleri soruları da yayımlanmıştır. Sınavdan hemen sonra ve ÖSYM henüz soru ve cevapları yayımlamamışken bu sorularla internet ortamında karşılaşmamız bizleri iyice hayal kırıklığına uğratmıştır. Biz adaylarda geçmişe yönelik muhasebeler ve verilen onca emeğin heba olduğu düşüncesi ortaya çıkmıştır. Gördüğümüz tablo karşısında şok olmuştuk. ÖSYM Başkanı Ali DEMİR bu durumu yine çok aceleye getirdiği bir açıklamayla cevaplamıştır: ÇARŞAMBA GÜNÜ YAYIMLAYACAĞIMIZ SORULARLA KARŞILAŞTIRDIĞINIZDA İMLA HATALARININ OLDUĞUNU GÖRECEKSİNİZ?(http://www.memurlarahaber.com/haber/osym-baskanindan-onemli-kpss-aciklamasi-1537.htm) Sınav sonrasında soruları karşılarında gören biz adaylar zaten şok olmuş bir haldeyken ÖSYM başkanından bu açıklamanın gelmesi bizleri iyice üzmüştür.

Türkçe ve Eğitim Bilimleri sorularının sınavdan hemen sonra yayımlanmış olması olası kopya iddialarını bizim nezdimizde çok güçlendirmiştir. Yukarıda da değinildiği gibi sınav giriş kağıdının arkasına yazılarak dışarıya sızdırıldığı düşünülse bile, ÖSYM başkanı Ali DEMİR? in ?Çarşamba günü yayımlanacak olan sorularla karşılaştırıldığında imla hataları görülecektir.? açıklamasıyla çelişecektir. Çünkü, kopya edilmiş bir yazıda imla hatası yapılması gerçekçi değildir. Kaldı ki, Türkçe ve Eğitim bilimleri sorularının seçenekleriyle beraber akılda kalması da imkansızdır.

3. Sınavdan sonra Ankara?da bir parkta kısa kısa cevapların yer aldığı bir kağıt bulunmuştur. ( http://www.memurlar.biz/haber/bu-kagit-kpssdeki-kopyanin-belgesi-mi-320741.html) Kareli kağıda yazılı halde bulunan bu kağıt, yırtık bir şekilde bulunmuştur. Bu durum da kopya çekildiğine yönelik bizce ciddi bir iddiadır. Sınava giren bir aday, doğru ve yanlışlarının tespiti için bu soruları dışarıya çıkarmış olduğu görüşü ortaya atılmıştır. Burada şöyle bir soru akla gelmektedir : Dışarıya soru çıkarmanın yasak olduğu bir sınavda riske girerek soruları dışarıya çıkaran bir aday, ÖSYM henüz soru ve cevapları yayımlamamışken niçin cevapları yazılı olan bu kağıdı yırtmış olabilir?

4. 11 Temmuz 2012 saat 17.00 civarında yayımlanan ÖSYM soruları incelendiğinde, Beyaz Kalem Yayıncılığın yayımladığı 57 adet genel kültür sorusuyla birebir örtüştüğü görülmüştür. Yine bazı internet sitelerinde yayımlanan Türkçe ve Eğitim Bilimleri sorularının da ÖSYM?nin yayımladığı sorularla örtüştüğü ortaya çıkmıştır.

ÖSYM bu yıl adaya özel kitapçık ve cevap anahtarı uygulamasına geçmiştir. Dolayısıyla hiçbir adayın kitapçığı aynı değildir. Bu yüzden sınavdan sonra öğrencilerin bir araya gelerek soruları master kitapçığındaki (master kitapçığı, hiçbir adaya verilmeyen ve sadece ÖSYM tarafından yayımlanan basın kitapçığıdır.) gibi bir diziliş yapması mümkün değildir. Ancak sınavdan hemen sonra yayımlanan sorularda ÖSYM?nin yayımladığı master kitapçığındaki dizilişle aynıdır. Bu durum da sınav sorularının sınavdan önce çalındığı iddiasını ortaya koymaktadır. Bizce bu durum kopyanın açık ve net delilidir.

Biz adaylar bu süreçte sınav öncesinde soruları elde etmiş bir grubun bulunduğu düşüncesindeyiz. Zira memleketim olan Diyarbakır?dan çok ciddi iddialar ortaya atılmaktadır. Sınav öncesinde, sınav sorularının belli bir ücret karşılığında satıldığı iddiaları ciddi bir şekilde ortaya atılmaktadır.

Biz adayların amacı herhangi bir kurumun yıpratılması yönünde değildir. Yine ÖSYM başkanının şahsına yönelik bir yıpratma durumu da kesinlikle söz konusu olamaz. Adaylar olarak tek dileğimiz, herkesin hak ettiği şekilde bu sınav sürecini atlatmasıdır.

Bu süreç incelenirken sadece sınav sonuçları baz alınarak değerlendirme yapılmaması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Zira 2010 yılında yapılan KPSS de kopya konusunda tecrübe kazanılmış; bu bağlamda tüm soruların dağıtılmayacağı hususu da göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Yine bölüm bazında net soru sayısının değişiklik gösterdiği bu sınavda, belli miktarda soru cevaplamanın yeterli olduğunu da göz önünde bulundurulması gerektiği unutulmamalıdır.

Bu hususta sizden ricamız bu konunun sizin nezdinizde de irdelenmesidir. Verilen onca emeğin heba olduğu düşüncesi psikolojik olarak bizi çökertmiş ve bizleri gelecek adına umutsuzluğa düşürmüştür. Lütfen bu konudaki çağrımıza kulak verip bu konudaki mağduriyetimizin ortadan kaldırılması için bizlere sahip çıkınız.

Kişiye özel kitapçık uygulaması akabinde mevcut uygulamada hiç bir kitapçık birbiri ile uyumlu değildir. Şıkların yerleri veya soruların yerleri değiştirilerek oluşturulan kombinasyonlar ile farklı kitapçıklar oluşturulmaktadır velhasılı hiç bir kitapçık bir biri ile uyumlu değildir.

İşte tamda bu noktada ÖSYM'nin DİHA'nın soruları ile ilgili, soruların sınavdan sonra dışarı sızdırılarak çıkarıldığı iddiası çürümektedir. Zira DİHA tarafından yayınlanan Türkçe sorularının tamamının yerleri ve seçeneklerin yerleri, ÖSYM'ce yayımlanan master kitapçık ile aynıdır. Bu durum soruların sınav öncesi sızdırıldığının açık delilidir.

Üstte belirttiğimiz gibi, hiç bir adayın kitapçığının aynı olmadığı bir sınavda, öğrencilerin bir araya gelerek oluşturdukları soruların, master kitapçıkla diziliş olarak aynı olması mümkünü olmayan bir durumdur. Çünkü master kitapçık sadece, ÖSYM'de bulunmaktadır.

Ve bu durumun tek açıklaması vardır, o da sınavdan önce master kitapçığın dışarıya sızdırıldığıdır.

Bu durumu ise sınavın geçersiz olduğu ve iptalinin zorunlu olduğuna delildir.

vallaha arkadaşlar hemşire de yaparlar sağlık teknikeri de yaparlar ilgisiz alakasız ne var biyoloğu oraya koyarlar hiç şüphem yok hayatında kan görmemiş insanlar çalışır hastaneler de bizi hemşire yapmaya çalışırlar .

arkadaşlar ben ilk defa grdim her atamada biyolog kadrosu açılıyo mu acaba

sanırım acılıyor ama cok az oldugu için işimize yaramıyor.bir de sağlık bakanlığı bazen sözlesmeli personel alıyor onları da takip etmek gerek.

Türkçeden 3 sorunun yanlış olduğunu iddia etmiş ihtiyaç ve sanırım iptal için başvurmuş. Açıklamalarını okuyunca mantıklı geliyor insana.Sizce iptal edilme ihtimali var mı? Sonuçta bir dershane yani Türkçe hocaları incelemiştir.

Biomania hemen işe başlama zorunluluğun yoksa eğer bence önce puanını bekle sonrasında düşünürsün bence biyolog olarak atanma şansın var 2 yıl içinde(kopya yoksa tabi).
